Mt. Fuji in Carlisle

Good sushi at a reasonable price. Attentive staff were very nice. We enjoyed our meal and will very likely dine at Mount Fuji again.

Fabulous as always and extra bonus to there chef Rolls you get 50% off each roll... Would of gotten 2 anyways but great deal cant beat it... Spicy Koni Bowl is a great choice if you never had it you need to try it... Crab over cucumber straws with a spicy mayo. You'll love it.

Amazing sushi, polite staff, fast service, and great prices. The Mount Fuji Roll is a must try. I highly recommend this place to anyone trying sushi for the first time or for hardcore sushi lovers. There is a lot to offer for everyone!

The waitresses didn’t understand or speak English, it was really hard to communicate when ordering; there’s also no parking at this restaurant. The rolls were amazing though!

I love this place for eat in or take out. I met the owner when he was at my all time favorite sushi place, Miyako in downtown Harrisburg. He carries the tradition of good sushi with great presentation. All I can say is go, you will not be disappointed. Look at how good the take-out looks.

They had great vegan sushi available. I confirmed before I went in and got a to go order...they were pretty quick and efficient. They also accept American Express which can be hard to find in downtown Carlisle.

The food here is authentic. I go for the sushi which I think is the best sushi I've had in central PA. (I've tried a lot. Waitresses and sushi chefs are all friendly and personable. Decor is a dated but I LOVE this place and Sundays are half off sushi.

Best sushi in Carlisle and definitely high-ranking in all of central PA. Service is fast, friendly. Environment is cozy, quiet, and clean. Also, sometimes they run 50% off all sushi prices! Can it get any better?? Every time I’ve gone, the food has been delicious and fresh. It is located downtown, so street parking is necessary. Keep in mind that during certain times, there will be parking fees.

We really enjoyed our meal here. My kids got the plain noodles and steamed veggies and my husband and I got sushi. All was really good. The fish seemed fresh and the rolls all had great flavors. Two downfalls to this restaurant. The first is that they serve bottled cokes. I prefer fountain beverages and just generally prefer them. The second would be that they did not have a single changing table in either restroom. In my opinion, if you allow children, you need to have at least one changing table. The food was delicious but we probably won’t return due to the lack of changing tables since we have 2 kiddos on diapers.

The sushi is delicious; I tried a few rolls and all were great. Service is friendly and attentive. The prices are good; you're getting good value for your food. I'd definitely recommend Mount Fuji!

AMAZED AT HOW GOOD THE SUSHI IS!Keep in mind that I'm from NYC, have had sushi in places like Boston, Philly, DC, LA, San Francisco, Seattle... How does Central PA have such good Sushi???I can't visit this town again without having a meal here!

Excellent food and service

Food is good, sushi is one of the better in the area, but most employees cannot understand English well and mistakes happen. Ronnie does better at understanding English and therefore generally getting the order correct, but when a mistake happens they don't do anything to correct it if you cannot prove they are 100% at fault! I am HUGE on customer service and feel that this area needs improvement! I order from there fairly often and am generally very happy but there have been a few instances where I consider never going back!

The sushi is consistently tasty and fresh and the hosts are friendly. The prices are perfect too.

The best sushi in the Carlisle area. I generally get it as carry out and it's always fresh and delicious. The restaurant has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere if you prefer to dine in. Highly recommended.

On a road trip and wanted sushi so stopped by and picked up couple rolls, was 5 minutes between I picked up the foods and started eating.. the tempura crumbs on top of the roll were soggy, so it was very chewy. The spicy scallops were not spicy at all. Rice were mushy and had too little of vinegar. No taste of any flavor for either roll. Neither the freshness of the seafoods. Overall, it was like leftover plain rice and unseasoned fish smashed together...

We usually all go on Sundays. We bring our own wine and everybody enjoys a cup of hot tea. The sushi is absolutely delicious and comes out pretty quickly. A quiet pace to sit down and enjoy some dumplings for a fantastic price.

Practices social distancing and curb side pickup. Food variety and selection is about what you'd expect from a Japanese styled restaurant. Staff is a bit inpatient.

It is ok. No 'wow' factor. Service is pleasant, food ok, no atmosphere. I can say there is no personality to the place.

Amazing sushi. I moved out of state from living in Carlisle and it's still my favorite sushi place...ever. I HIGHLY recommend the Rock n roll or the Mt. Fuji roll, yum!

Used to be my favorite sushi place... I'm assuming that there is a reason why their rolls are 50% off right now. Rice was entirely too sticky, some of it was almost crunchy. The mt. Fuji roll we ordered tasted like a funnel cake with rice inside, there was barely any filling inside. The quality of the fish in my raw rolls was questionable.Gave 2 stars because it's been 3 days and I havent gotten sick. Food quality was disappointing, service was just ok.

Yummy sushi! My husband and I really enjoyed our evening! Friendly and prompt service. BYOB but no corking fee. The only issue was that the fried cheese cake was just "okay" it didn't enhance the experience.

It was ok. sushi was missing ingredients in the basic rolls I know well. Not their fault just how they make it but was disappointed in the amount of food (size of rolls) compared to other sushi restaurants.

Mount Fuji is my favorite place to get Sushi in Carlisle, PA! I come here a lot and get takeout even more often. The fish tastes fresh and the prices are decent! Pictured here is the Salmon Platter they serve for lunch (my personal heaven). 10/10 would buy again
